Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and fix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the progress of your refund or exchange.
